Parallel learning

A good team engages in some sort of parallel learning.
Obstacles are leapt over in turbo speed, instead of people
tackling individually with their own problems,
and not sharing the results.

When this sort of magic happens, you just feel it. It’s an insight that you learned something quite condensed in 5 minutes, and it would’ve probably taken even up to a day at worst, on your own, with bad luck.

Never underestimate the power of sharing and learning together.

Have fun!
